Meet the team at the diving center, close to Drymades Beach Harbor. After check-in, instructors verify your certification card and logbook and will help you set up your equipment (or fit you with rental gear) before a clear, no-rush safety briefing and dive plan.
From the shoreline, you’ll head out to the wreck (around 350 meters from shore), then descend into a scene that feels like a trip back in time: Albania’s first marine diving support vessel, built in China in 1974, now resting underwater with plenty to explore. The wreck’s structure makes for an exciting recreational dive, especially for divers who love navigation, clean lines, and that “what’s around the corner?” feeling.
The standout moment is the chance to enter and visit the ship’s hyperbaric chamber, an incredibly rare feature for a shipwreck dive. With warm, calm water and excellent visibility typical of Drymades, you’ll have great conditions for taking in details, watching fish weave through openings, and capturing crisp underwater photos.
Throughout the dive, you’re accompanied by a certified professional dive guide focused on safety, comfort, and a relaxed pace.
The underwater portion is typically around 20 minutes, and the full experience lasts a minimum of 1 hour including briefing and setting up equipment.

Excellent experience with the dive center. I did two dives: the first at the shipwreck and the second at the airplane wreck. You depart directly from the pier along the beach, which makes everything very convenient. The briefing was very clear, and the instructors made me feel safe and comfortable at all times. Both dive sites are very well-maintained wrecks and fun to explore. Very good visibility. I spent 45 minutes on each dive. In addition, the instructors take amazing photos during the dive, and these are included in the experience. I was lucky enough to see a cuttlefish and a lionfish. There's not much marine life, but the wrecks are entertaining. The only downside is that the facilities don't have restrooms, but there are free restrooms very close by. Overall, a highly recommended experience.

Very very professional. It was just me by myself and I had 2 dive masters guiding me!! Where else does that happen!? We had a lot of fun! Very calm and relaxed dive. And the shipwreck was really really cool. So worth it! Could not recommend going with these guys more.

It was great. Good explanation and proper certification check. When there is uncertainty regarding the quality/value of the certification, they err on the side of caution and prioritize safety. I greatly appreciate this. The diving equipment was in order. Buddy checks and underwater safety were also thoroughly verified.

Great diving at Dhermi on the 2 wrecks (the boat and the plane). Possibility to rent all the equipment on site (everything is well maintained). Professional and safe team. For wreck diving, departure is from the beach and/or by paddleboard. There are small shops and restaurants nearby for food or drinks.
