Full description
The story of this modern Albanian winery has an unexpected twist: the heart of the winery lives inside two bunkers built during the communist era, now transformed into functional spaces for production and aging.
Your visit begins with a walk through the vineyard and a guided introduction to how the winery started, cultivating its first hectare in 2019 and producing its first wines in 2021, before moving into the bunker cellars to see where the magic happens. From 2023 onward, the winery expanded the experience with an on-site restaurant, turning tastings into a full, lingering vineyard meal.
Then comes the best part: settling in for a guided tasting in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by vines, relaxed, scenic, and delightfully alive with chickens and peacocks roaming freely. Your guide will walk you through each pour, explain what you’re tasting, and share the story behind the winery’s labels, including local grapes (like Shesh) and special amphora styles.

Our gorgeous tour host Elena, was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the area. Unlike other experiences, Elena made this one memorable through her intentionality and skill. The staff were very polite and attentive. We selected the 3 course meal with wine pairings which I am still recounting 😍. The food was fresh, abundant and great quality. The wines were unique and delicious. The desert and spirits were a lovely finish to a hearty meal. I would highly highly recommend.

One of the best experience I’ve had whilst abroad. The venue was INCREDIBLE. The staff were so lovely and shared so much knowledge of the wine and the history of Albania. We did a wine pairing with 3 courses and 3 wines. The pairings were excellent and the food was so good! 10/10 experience ⭐️

Our evening at the winery was by far the best experience we had during our trip to Albania. It started with a little tour to the bunkers, where the actual wine making is happening. The process was explained to us and after around 20 minutes we were free to choose a table, where we had dinner and the wine tasting. We didn‘t want to drink Raki so we opted for only the wine tasting (which were three types of wines) and a la carte dinner. The staff was extremely accomodating and attentive. Even when I asked, if they could surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, they made that possible. Our food (marinara focaccia, beef carpaccio, tagliata & red wine risotto with scamorza) was high quality and tasted exceptional. The last aspect to note is the scenery. Our table was right next to the vines and the ambiance was very special. Overall, the vibe is very farm-to-table with little chickens and not so little turkeys running around (among other animals).

Wonderful tour of the vineyards and the canteen, accompanied by wine tasting and pairing with great Albanian dishes. The service was 10/10, the staff were prepared and professional. I will definitely be going back.
