The ferry is another way to explore the Cinque Terre region and provides a unique perspective of the stunning cliffs and vibrant buildings from the sea. It is running frequently between the ports of Levanto, La Spezia, Portovenere and 4 out of the 5 villages of the Cinque Terre (the ferry does not stop in Corniglia as it is the only village without water access).

How much does it cost?

The ferry offers different pricing options:

  • One-way ticket prices between 2 spots vary from 8€ to 30€ depending on the distance
  • 1-day roundtrip tickets provide unlimited ferries and hop on and off for 41€
  • Afternoon roundtrip tickets provide unlimited ferries and hop on and off, starting from 2PM, and cost 28€

Important to know

  • You can buy the boat tickets before departure at the ticket counters located near the docking points or online
  • Be aware that the boat service can be suspended at any time due to bad weather conditions
  • You can find the Cinque Terre boat schedule here
