Join us in our kitchen on this super tasty trip full of Mediterranean flavors. Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a XVII century windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca that we have filled with life again.
Our team will guide you into the “classics” of every home and the tricks our mums and grandmothers use in the kitchen.
Tasty and easy-to-make recipes that you can take home so you can surprise friends & family: local "sobrasada" appetizer, the authentic "tortilla", traditional "paella" and "Catalan cream". All cooked with a pinch of adventure!
We turn the process into a fun, team working and accessible session, so that our guests enjoy their time together and feel secure and able to repeat the menus back home.
After the cooking session, we will eat together at our big dining table enjoying the best atmosphere. Be our guest :)

Our visit last Saturday evening to this unique Spanish cooking school was simply a hit! The ambiance of the old windmill alone was outstanding and created a very special atmosphere. As a team of five couples, we were warmly welcomed by Ricardo, our charismatic chef. Cooking together under Ricardo's professional guidance was incredibly fun. He masterfully showed us the secrets of Spanish cuisine. What really made this evening special, however, was the wonderful interaction with the other guests. Lively conversations and lots of laughter quickly arose – a truly sociable group! Ricardo was not only an excellent chef and attentive host, but also a gifted entertainer. His humorous manner and little anecdotes turned the evening into a real event. The hours flew by, and before we knew it, we were all sitting together at the table, enjoying the delicious dishes we had prepared ourselves. This finale was simply perfect. This cooking class is absolutely recommendable – a wonderful combination of culinary delight, convivial get-together, and excellent entertainment. We give it 5 out of 5 stars!

We had a really great time at the cooking school. Ricardo was incredible and made the whole experience fun and comfortable while also learning so much. He is truly amazing and brings a special energy to the class. The class is housed inside the restored Windmill - it is beautifully renovated and comfortable. We prepared 5 dishes that were all delicious. We had our teenage boys with us who enjoyed it just as much as we did. Riccardo made it fun and engaging for everyone. This was an absolute highlight of our time in Mallorca!

A big thank you to Ricardo and the entire Moltak team for restoring this historic windmill into a place where strangers and friends come together to make traditional Mallorcan cuisine. This was a blast from the time we arrived to the late hour we left. Ricardo had HUGE personality and is passionate about his profession. It was such a fun time, and the food was amazing!! I highly recommend you visit Moltak for your next cooking class in Palma. You won’t regret it!!

We had a fantastic time here! Vanessa was an incredibly kind, patient and funny instructor who was very knowledgeable abt the cuisine, answered all of our silly questions and helped us make a delicious meal. We left with our bellies full and hearts warm. 10/10 experience and would definitely come again!

We had an amazing time at the cooking class. Ricardo was a fantastic host, you could tell right away how much he loved sharing his knowledge — every technique, every little tip came with a story or personal touch that made learning feel natural and fun. The class offered us the opportunity to delve into Spanish cuisine alongside a great group of people, strangers at first but friends by the end. Highly recommend you factor in Moltak to your Palma trip!!
