Cala Major is a traditional seaside resort offering a sandy beach with shallow waters ideal for swimming, and good mix of restaurants, bars, and beach clubs. Note that the retro high-rises along the seafront might not appeal to everyone
Given its proximity to the city and its modest size, the beach gets incredibly busy during the summer months. If you are driving, it is recommended to arrive early in the morning to secure a parking space
