Starting point of the hike is at Escorca where you can park your car. Attempt the hike only between the months of May and October, and only when the torrent is dry. Long sections of the bottom half of the canyon are un-passable on foot when flooded
This hike is of medium/high difficulty and requires general fitness as it involves many short scrambles and small climbs over/under/around boulders. It is highly recommended to bring suitable clothing and footwear since the route takes 4 to 5 hours downhill (recommended) or 5-6 hours uphill
