Leave the city streets behind and discover a greener, calmer side of Podgorica on a guided e-bike tour that blends local culture, vineyard scenery, and riverside nature.
Begin in the city center, where the vibrant Farmers’ Market offers a lively first impression of Podgorica. It’s a great place to connect with the local atmosphere before you head out on two wheels. From there, your guide leads you away from the urban buzz and onto quieter roads, where the ride quickly becomes more scenic and relaxed.
As you cycle onward, pass through the vineyards of Plantaže, one of the region’s most important wine-producing landscapes. Long rows of vines, open countryside, and views toward the surrounding hills give this part of the tour a calm, spacious feel.
The ride continues toward the striking Cijevna River Canyon, where the landscape shifts again into a more rugged natural setting. This section adds a refreshing sense of contrast to the tour, showing just how quickly Podgorica moves from city life to open nature. Along the way, your guide shares insight into local life, the region’s history, and the places that make this route special.
A highlight of the tour is the stop at Niagara Waterfalls, a peaceful and photogenic riverside spot that feels like a hidden escape from the capital. Here, you’ll take a well-earned break and enjoy a glass of local wine surrounded by nature. In spring and autumn, the waterfalls can be especially strong and picturesque, while in drier periods the setting remains beautiful and atmospheric in a different way.
This experience is ideal for travelers who want a relaxed outdoor activity with a local touch. It combines easy riding, varied landscapes, and a guide who helps the day feel both informative and personal. In summer, there may even be the option for a riverside swim after the tour, making the experience feel even more refreshing.

Very nice with a bicycle ride through beautiful Podgorica. Nikola is the best guide with a lot of knowledge and interesting stories. And he was clever to keep the right speed for the group and make sure that all were following. It was very nice to bike through this beautiful and huge vineyards, also with a lot of olive trees. The vine cellar was also huge and we tasted some very nice vine which is unfortunately not ver well known in a lot of countries in Europe. We also oassed the beautiful Niagara Falls. This tour is very recommendable!

We had a fabulous private tour around Podgorica. The e-bikes were easy to use and we rode through the city and out into the rural area, following our guide, Nikola. The tour was a combination of experiencing the city visually, and short stops where we got background information. We felt safe at all times. We loved the rivers, the Roman ruins, the architecture, and the monuments.

The electric bike tour to the winery was absolutely fantastic! The scenery along the way was stunning, and the route was well planned. Nicola the guide was professional, friendly, and shared interesting stories about the area. At the winery, we were warmly welcomed. The wine tasting was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The bikes were excellent, super comfortable. We plan to come back and do it again!

Great bike tour with Nikola. He was a very knowledgeable tour guide with experience on many different tour types, and was happy to answer our many questions about life and history of beautiful Montenegro. We visited a market, Europe's biggest vineyard, and a waterfall. Unfortunately, the waterfall was dry as we were at the end of the dry season, but I'm sure it is beautiful in spring or early summer. The bikes where high quality, pedal assist e-bikes with a large range of height and power adjustment. The bike was borderline tall but definitely ridable for my wife at around 1.5 meters, so should be fine for most adults (small kids would double check but the bikes are probably too big for them). The route of the tour was flat, scenic, and felt safe and easy for anyone with any bike riding experience. It took us about 3-3.5 hours and he took a lot of pictures. We hope to return to Montenegro one day, and if we do, we would like to do another tour with Nikola!
