Board a small boat in Virpazar and head deep into Lake Skadar’s wilder side. Led by Milan, a passionate and highly experienced local captain, this 2.5-hour tour will show you the parts of the lake most visitors never reach.

We had the best morning speedboat tour with Milan. Loved every second of it. We were able to travel 16km out to a small fishing village (2.5 hour round trip) and we learned so much about the fauna, wildlife and history of the lake as we went. It’s clear that he not only knows his work inside and out but also loves what he does and puts his heart into every moment. He guided us in the most wonderful way, making the entire experience unforgettable. His boat was beautiful and spotless, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Along the way, Milan pointed out various sights, and we were lucky enough to see a wide array of birds, including the stunning Kingfisher. He even made a stop at a scenic spot where the view was breathtaking. We were beyond satisfied with the entire trip; it was an absolutely perfect and wonderful experience with Milan. We did a private tour for two going into the "Amazon part" of Skadar Lake where big boats can't pass and we LOVED it. We definitely recommend this tour. It's worth the money! Milan is a really great companion and has a lot of experience. The company is named after his sister, so by choosing Boat Cruise Milena you support a family business!

We booked a private boat tour with 3 people in the early morning. Milan is an extremely passionate guide and knows a lot about the lake. He explains everything about the animals, plants, and things in and around the lake. He has many stories about the mountains and history of the lake. He is also a very open person and you can ask him anything about everything. The view of the lake is mesmerising, especially early in the morning when there are more birds and way fewer boats! At first, we thought 3 hours would be quite a lot, but time really flies when you are visiting the lake with Milan! We can definitely recommend this boat trip over any other boat trip organisation in Virpazar!

we chose the tour for 9 people. agreed in advance by phone on what's app. We were booked for 3 cars in the parking lot. We were met by Melena. Melena is a beautiful girl who speaks English and Russian. She gave us a wonderful excursion with a visit to the monastery and swimming in the open lake, and also recommended an excellent fish restaurant where we ended our wonderful day. Thank you Melena. The donuts and wine were delicious.
