Despite its popularity amongst locals and tourists, it retains a tranquil atmosphere, even during the peak season. Visitors can often find less crowded areas for a peaceful beach experience. Due to the uniformity of the plain, the sea is very shallow, making this beach ideal for children
The beach is divided into 25 beach sections or so, each with a different name such as Miami, Copacabana and Tropicana. Each section sets its prices for sun loungers, cabanas, and parasols. The beach sections closest to Ulcinj cater predominantly to families while the southern sections are mostly visited by water sport enthusiasts. On site, there are showers, changing cabinets, and toilets. Most sections also feature a full-service restaurant and/or beach bar
