Zla Kolata is located in the remote east corner of the country and is known for its wild, rugged beauty and sparse visitor numbers, making it a great spot for adventurers seeking solitude and unspoiled nature

Zla Kolata is the highest peak in Montenegro, standing at 2,534 meters (8,314 feet). It is part of the Prokletije mountain range which stretches across the borders of Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo
Despite being the highest point in Montenegro, the Montenegrin government officially prefers to acknowledge the slightly lower Bobotov Kuk in Durmitor National Park as its highest peak (because entirely located in Montenegro), making Zla Kolata a less frequented yet equally majestic destination
