Full description
Meet your guide in Dobrota, in front of Villa Toma Dobrota 1881, where you’ll get a quick introduction, bike setup, and a short safety briefing. Then it’s time to roll out toward one of Montenegro’s most famous rides: the old serpentine road above Kotor, known for its dramatic 25 hairpin turns.
The climb is the heart of the experience: about 2 hours of riding including plenty of pauses to catch your breath, sip water, and take in those views over the bay. Your guide keeps the pace comfortable and beginner-friendly, so you can focus on the scenery and that satisfying sense of gaining altitude turn by turn.
At a panoramic viewpoint, you’ll take a proper break for photos and stories before continuing into the mountains toward Njeguši. Once in the village, settle in for a 1-hour food stop to taste fresh priganice (warm, fluffy fried dough) served with local prosciutto and cheese. A simple, traditional, and exactly what you’ll crave after the climb!
Afterward, enjoy about 1 hour to stroll and explore Njeguši at an easy pace, then begin the return to Kotor with time for one last scenic stop. The route is roughly 20 km one way (about 40 km total), and the full experience lasts ~5h30, including riding time, sightseeing pauses, village time, and the return.
E-bikes are available for an extra €10, which makes the climb significantly more comfortable while keeping the fun of the ride.
