It’s a roughly 45-minute to 1-hour hike from the center of Theth village. The trail is well-marked but involves a steady uphill climb on loose rock and dirt. If you try to do this in "fashion" sneakers or flip flops, you will likely slip on the way down
Alternatively, you can start from a bridge over the canyon mid-way between Theth and Nderlysaj. The hike from there will take 30 min and will be less crowded

Grunas Waterfall is fed entirely by a high-altitude karst spring that emerges from the rocky slopes above; because it is sourced from an underground aquifer rather than a surface river, the water remains a constant, bone-chilling temperature of about 7 degrees regardless of the summer heat
