Join a 2-hour guided stand-up paddleboard (SUP) tour through the calm waters of Lake Skadar, starting from the village of Virpazar. After a short safety briefing and introduction to paddleboarding, you'll set off from the dock and begin your journey along the channel of the River Crmnica.
The route takes you under the village’s iconic bridge and into a scenic and calm section of the lake known for its narrow waterways, lily flowers, and reed beds. Your guide Anja will lead you along a 5 km loop through these quieter parts of the lake, with views of the surrounding hills and the island of Vranjina.
You’ll have time to take a break, enjoy the sunset views, and cool off with a swim if you like. The pace is relaxed and suitable for beginners, with guidance provided throughout. This small-group tour (max 4 people) offers a peaceful way to explore the lake during one of the most beautiful times of day, perfect for those looking to enjoy nature and light activity away from the crowds.

- You’ll need good physical condition for this activity. No prior SUP experience is required
- You must be able to swim at least 50 meters
- No loud music, alcohol, or lily flower picking, we are all about respecting the national park
- Every guests must sign a waiver form before the tour
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

We ended our trip with a private SUP tour on Lake Skadar, and it was the perfect finale. Anja picked us up from our accommodation and immediately put me and the kids at ease with her kindness. Her partner Milan was just as friendly and skilfully drove the boat. We enjoyed a peaceful boat ride with snacks and drinks before getting clear instructions on paddleboarding. The kids were a bit nervous at first, but Anja and Milan reassured them right away. We paddled into a stunning sunset, with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery. Anja even took photos for us so we could just relax. My daughters and I loved every moment – highly recommended!
